Absolutely made our party a huge success
Totally accommodating in the planning stage, ready to implement any menu or décor option, and very open to whatever service detail might enhance the occasion.
At party time Roger and staff arrived early, well ahead of scheduled start, made all prep arrangements without interference or obstruction of other household operations, spread dining linens to dress up the area, providing all table ware, and then prepared and served the planned food, hors d'oeuvres, main course, and desert; all cooked deliciously, and served skillfully, including some surprise menu items we hadn’t previously even thought of.
Then they totally cleaned up, never needing a helping hand from the hosts, and drove off, leaving the house in almost better condition then it had been before the party. All of our guests complemented us about Roger and crew.

Additionally, Roger proved to be very conservative in his guest count, thus making it a very comfortable bill.

Roger cooked an amazing beach side BBQ for my group of 70 people! Conditions were difficult; cold and windy but nothing phased him and his staff. Roger was brilliant to work wirh throughout, he met us a few days before the event
Admin Assistants Day
I can not say enough good things about Roger and Gabe. They catered our office's Administrative Professionals Day luncheon and did a fantastic job! They arrived on time, had the food ready on time, and constantly kept enough food in our buffet. We have a few vegetarians in our office and Roger prepared cauliflower steaks for them. By the time one of our vegetarians got to the BBQ, her cauliflower steak had been mistakenly eaten by someone. Without being asked, Roger ran over to a nearby grocery store and purchased another cauliflower steak to make for our employee. While there was plenty of vegetarian sides for her to enjoy and she didn't make a fuss, Roger still took it upon himself to fix a mistake that was our fault - not his. Oh and the most important part, the food is amazing! Everyone in our office was raving about the food, that is before we all fell into our food comas. :) Big Mann BBQ is fantastic. I cannot recommend them enough!
